Elder law is a diverse
practice of law focused on the needs of seniors, the
disabled and their families. Legal solutions are found
for issues ranging from Medicaid, Medicare, and Advance
Directives to Wills, Trusts, Guardianships,
Conservatorships, Real Estate and
Business matters. Elder lawyers are also experienced at working with health
care providers, financial planners and other experts on
issues for seniors and the disabled. [More
